What index should I pick?+
Up to ±3.00, the 1.67 index is plenty. Above that, 1.74 is the noticeably thinner choice. The builder will recommend based on your prescription.
Do I need to send my prescription now?+
No. We collect your Rx after you place the order via a secure upload, or you can have your eye doctor send it directly.
Can I use my own frame?+
Yes. The builder has a 'use my own frame' option. You'll mail the frame in after ordering and we'll cut lenses to fit.
What's the turnaround?+
5–7 business days from when we receive your Rx and (if applicable) frame.
Is there a return policy?+
30 days on prescription work — we'll remake or refund.
